TERMS OF SERVICE — KAWAMI PELUCHES AU CROCHET

1. Acceptance of the conditions By accessing and using the kawami.fr website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use our site.

2. Presentation of the shop Kawami Peluches au Crochet is an artisan shop offering handmade crocheted plushies, inspired by the worlds of anime, K-Pop, kawaii and Pop culture. The products are made from animal fibre-free yarns and certified textiles. The photographs and descriptions of the products are as faithful as possible, but slight variations in color and detail may exist due to the craftsmanship of the creations.

3. Orders and availability Orders are accepted subject to product availability. Due to the artisanal nature of our creations, some items can be made to order. Manufacturing times are indicated on each product sheet.

4. Prices All prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, without notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of validation of your order.

5. Payment Payment is due immediately upon order. We accept the means of payment available on our website. All transactions are secure.

6. Delivery Orders are shipped to the address indicated when ordering. Delivery times and costs are specified in our shipping policy. Kawami Peluches au Crochet cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

7. Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reasons. Personalised or custom-made items are excluded from this right.

8. Intellectual property All content on kawami.fr (photos, texts, designs, logos) is the exclusive property of Kawami Peluches au Crochet and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorisation.

9. Liability Kawami Peluches au Crochet cannot be held responsible for indirect damage resulting from the use of its products. Our plushies are not toys and are only intended for decorative use for people over 3 years old. They are not suitable for young children.

10. Applicable law These conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
