Order preparation Each Kawami plush is carefully made by hand. Orders in stock are prepared within 48 business hours. For items made to order, the manufacturing time is generally 2 to 3 weeks. Note that a slight additional delay may apply during periods of high demand.

Delivery in metropolitan France Orders are shipped via Colissimo or an equivalent carrier. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after shipment. A tracking number is communicated to you by e-mail upon shipment.

International delivery (EU and non-EU) We ship throughout the European Union and many countries internationally. Delays vary by destination (usually 8-15 business days). For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees and local taxes may apply - they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery costs Delivery costs are calculated automatically at the time of payment based on the weight of the order and the destination.

Order tracking A tracking link is sent to you by e-mail as soon as your package is shipped. In case of problem with your delivery, contact us via the form available on kawami.fr indicating your order number.

Orders not received If your package has not arrived within the indicated time, contact us via the form available on kawami.fr. We will do what is necessary with the carrier. In the event of a proven loss, we will proceed with a return or refund.
