Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Personalised or custom-made items are excluded from this right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as personalised products such as orders for personalised or custom-made items. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day reflection period of the European Union

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. In case of approval, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and publish the refund as well.
