GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE — KAWAMI PELUCHES AU CROCHET

Article 1 — Scope of application These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded on the kawami.fr website between Kawami Peluches au Crochet and any consumer (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order implies full acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products Kawami Peluches au Crochet offers handmade crocheted plushies, inspired by the universes of anime, K-Pop, kawaii and pop culture. The products are made from animal fibre-free yarns and certified textiles. The photographs and descriptions of the products are as faithful as possible, but slight variations in color and detail may exist due to the craftsmanship of the creations.

Article 3 — Price Prices are indicated in euros (€) including VAT. Kawami Peluches au Crochet reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation. Delivery costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

Article 4 — Order The order is validated after confirmation of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer. Kawami Peluches au Crochet reserves the right to cancel any order in case of insufficient stock or suspicion of fraud, with full refund of the Customer.

Article 5 — Payment Payment is due at the time of order. The accepted means of payment are those available on the website at the time of the order. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments encryption systems.

Article 6 — Delivery Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer. Delivery times are indicative. In the event of a delay attributable to the carrier, Kawami Peluches au Crochet cannot be held responsible. For international orders, customs fees may apply at the expense of the Customer.

Article 7 -- Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Personalised or custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Article 8 — Returns and refunds Any return must be signalled by e-mail prior to shipment. The product must be returned in its original condition. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, via the initial payment method.

Article 9 — Legal guarantees In accordance with Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In the event of a defect found, the Customer must contact Kawami Peluches au Crochet as soon as possible.

Article 10 — Liability Kawami Peluches au Crochet cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of its products. Our plushies are not toys and are only intended for decorative use for people over 3 years old. They are not suitable for young children.

Article 11 — Mediation and disputes In the event of a dispute, the Client may use the consumer mediator free of charge. European platform: . French law is applicable.
